ei ....i have few question to ask about the brush presets.....i cannot see that thing even when i click the icon of brushes...theres no brush tip shape.....please help me.....thats only may problem

i'm using photoshop 7.0

resolve that..............but when i click the smudge tool and go to brush presets this image shown

there no scattering and smoothing...whats ur with my photoshop

thats correct, ps7.0 doesnt support scattering, its a feature that came with cs2.
So if you want to follow this tutorial get cs2, or just skip this step
